Answer the call. Keep the customer moving.

A planned communications workflow for greetings, messages, approved information, routing, and follow-up.

01

Answer professionally

Use an approved greeting and give every caller a consistent first response.

02

Understand the request

Gather the caller's name, reason for calling, urgency, and the information your business needs.

03

Move the customer forward

Take a message, answer approved questions, route the call, or help arrange the next step.

04

Keep you informed

Return the useful details to you without pretending the system made decisions it was not authorized to make.

The way you’re used to doing things

An answering service has to complete the handoff.

Before the work could begin

You need calls answered and messages delivered. First come the service account, business information, greetings, routing and escalation decisions. Then comes making sure a real caller reaches the right outcome and the next shift can see what happened.

Stop doing it the hard way

The planned communications workflow connects those steps with explicit permissions, human escalation, cost controls, and confirmed actions. A proposed appointment is not reported as booked without confirmation from the scheduling system.

What counts as a finished result

A recorded message or confirmed authorized handoff, with clear unresolved items. Provider activation and live calling require separate verification.

The workflow shown above is under development. We’re working as hard and fast as we can to bring the DagonTEK Studio to life.
