Terms of Service

These terms apply to the DagonTEK website and development evaluations of The DagonTEK Studio that DagonTEK expressly makes available. By using these services, you agree to these terms. Questions may be sent to admin@dagontek.com. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling.

Development status

The Studio is under development. Website descriptions may include intended features and workflows that are not yet available. Refer to the actual capabilities of the version supplied to you. A development demonstration is not a guarantee that every integration works or that a production release is available.

Your accounts and instructions

Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Review the destination, permissions and requested action before authorizing access. Account connection and permission to publish are separate choices. Protect your computer and credentials. You can revoke service authorization through the relevant provider's account settings.

Your material and permitted use

You must have the rights and permissions needed for material you provide, publish or use. These terms do not transfer your rights in your own material to DagonTEK. Third-party material and generated outputs may be subject to licenses, provider terms and applicable law; payment does not by itself establish exclusive ownership.

The Studio is intended for professional, creative and technical work, not deliberate harm or unlawful activity. Do not use it to infringe rights, violate privacy, gain unauthorized access or deliberately harm people. Follow applicable laws and the rules of services you choose to connect.

Connected services and costs

Third-party services have their own permissions, availability, policies and charges. Integration does not imply a partnership. Review and authorize paid service use before it occurs. A Studio software price does not by itself include third-party credits or subscriptions. Any future purchase, subscription or trial offer must state its applicable price and conditions separately before you accept it; this page does not create an automatic charge or subscription.

Review and publication

Inspect important outputs before relying on, distributing or manufacturing from them. Generated answers and media can be inaccurate. Uploads can remain pending, fail or require further processing. An upload receipt does not necessarily establish public availability.

The TikTok connection is being developed to upload a draft for the creator to review and finish posting within TikTok. That integration is not yet available. Draft delivery must not be represented as public publication. TikTok and other platforms retain control over their own services, approvals and content policies.

Your judgment and results

The Studio does not guarantee income, commercial success, uninterrupted operation, error-free results or suitability for every task. It does not replace your judgment, professional responsibilities or qualified advice where needed. Keep copies of important work and do not rely on a development evaluation as the sole safeguard for critical tasks. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

Changes and contact

Development features may change or become unavailable. Changes to these terms will be dated on this page. Material changes affecting an existing evaluation will be communicated through its available contact or notice channel.
